Paolo at Isko, pumirma ng long-term contract sa ‘EB’
Pinabulaanan ng TAPE, Inc. ang kumakalat na kuwentong hanggang Hulyo 29 na lang ang Eat Bulaga.
Katunayan, naghahanda na sila ng kanilang malaking selebrasyon para ipagdiwang ang ika-44 na anibersaryo ng longest-running noontime show.
Buong buwan ng Hulyo ang anniversary month at sa Hulyo 29 ang “Big Day” ng selebrasyon.
Ayon sa legal counsel ng TAPE na si Atty. Maggie Garduque, “There is no reason for that… We don’t contest that on July 1, mababa ang rating ng Eat Bulaga, because of the anticipation of people on the launch of new shows, but thereafter, makikitang tumataas na ulit ang ratings nito.”
Mahirap ang pinagdaanan ng bagong hosts ng Eat Bulaga dahil bukod sa naba-bash, ginagawan pa sila ng fake news.
Gustong linawin ng taga-TAPE na masaya sila sa performance ng mga host, pati sa ratings at pasok ng commercial loads.
Ngayong Sabado, pinapirma na nila ng long-term contract ang main hosts na sina Paolo Contis at dating Yorme Isko Moreno.
Ani Paolo, “I’m very thankful sa tiwala ng TAPE sa akin at kay Yorme. Pare-pareho kami ng commitment to bring tulong at saya sa viewers for a long time kaya sobrang importante itong araw na ito for me. Katulad ng lagi naming sinasabi, Eat Bulaga will stay hangga’t nand’yan ang audience. Sila ang Eat Bulaga, hindi kaming hosts.”
Ayon naman kay Isko, “Thank you very much sa creative and production ng ‘G sa Gedli.’ ‘Yun din naman ang layunin namin ni Paolo at ng bagong Eat Bulaga — ang makapagdulot ng tulong at saya. This time, talagang ang viewers natin ang bida.”
Ani Atty. Maggie, “Regarding the issue that Eat Bulaga will end on July 29, 2023, this not true. Kung meron pong magtatapos sa July 29, ito ay ang 43rd year ng Eat Bulaga, kasi po 44th anniversary ng EB ang July 29, 2023.
