Pampanga SACLEO nets 202 wanted suspects

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga – Police Provincial Office (Pampanga) Director Col. Alvin Consolacion reported that at least 202 wanted suspects were arrested in the one-week “Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operations” (SACLEO) in the province.

In reports submitted to Col. Consolacion by members of the Provincial Intelligence Unit, police stations, and mobile forces in Pampanga, they conducted operations against illegal drugs, illegal gambling, wanted persons, loose firearms, and other street crimes.

The anti-illegal drug entrapment operations arrested 47 drug suspects and seized at least 258.3951 shabu valued at P1,757,086.68 and 32 grams of marijuana worth P3,840.

Meanwhile, 105 suspects were arrested for illegal gambling and confiscated P78,718 bet money.

Four most wanted persons (MWPs) were arrested for crimes ranging from rape, murder, and carnapping.

The Pampanga Police also collared some 52 other wanted persons.

The campaign against loose firearms yielded 31 guns, and five suspects were apprehended, while three motorcycle theft suspects were also arrested.
