Nilinaw ni Nino Muhlach na joke lang ang sinabi niyang magpapaareglo sila sa kaso ng anak niyang si Sandro Muhlach sa halagang P100 million.

Sa isang recent interview umano ito sinabi ni Nino at bagama’t malinaw namang nagbibiro lang siya ay marami pa rin ang nang-bash sa kanya.

Sa kanyang Facebook account ay naglabas ng pahayag si Onin at klinarong nagbibiro lang siya’ t hindi dapat seryosohin.

“Para sa mga hindi marunong mag differentiate ng joke at ng totoong comments, para sa inyo ito!” simula ni Onin.

“Last night, I participated in an interview that has unfortunately been taken out of context by some viewers. Those who know me well are aware that I have a humorous disposition and I often make light-hearted remarks.

“However, it is crucial to clarify that my comments during the interview were not meant to be taken seriously,’ patuloy niya.

Ayon pa sa dating child actor, wala silang balak na magpa-areglo sa mga akusado na nang-abuso umano sa kanyang anak.

“My son is a victim of sexual abuse and I want to make it unequivocally clear that we have no intention of seeking a settlement from the perpetrators.

“We are already very blessed as a family and our sole objective is to seek justice for the traumatic experience my son endured. We are committed to ensuring that justice is served, not only for my son but also to help empower other victims to speak out,” pahayag ng aktor.

“The Department of Justice will be prosecuting the case, and I place my trust in our legal system to deliver the rightful outcome. I would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported us from the beginning. The truth will always prevail.Thank you,” he concluded.

Matatandaang nagsampa ng kasong rape through sexual assault at acts of lasciviousness si Sandro laban sa dalawang GMA independent contractors na sina Jojo Nones at Richard Cruz.

Ongoing pa ang kaso at ang huli ngang update, base na rin sa panayam ni Onin, ay naghain ang dalawang akusado ng motion to review.
