P4.1M shabu seized from female ‘pusher’ in Quezon

LUCENA CITY — Combined police teams of the Quezon Police Provincial Office seized some P1.4 million worth of illegal drugs from a suspected female drug pusher Tuesday in Sto. Rosario Subd.,Brgy. 4 in this city.

Quezon police director Col. Ericson Dilag identified the arrested suspect as Neriza Romuladez Oracion, 46, jobless and resident of the said village.

Dilag said Oracion was caught in possession of marked money and plastic sachets containing shabu.

Oracion was collared during a buy bust carried out by Lucena City police headed by Lt. Col. Romulo Albacea and the Provincial Intelligence Unit led by Major Gaylor Pagala.

Pagala said seized from Oracion were 41 plastic sachets containing 205 grams shabu with a street value of P4,182, 000, six P1,000 bills and 13 P500 bills which they used as marked money, a digital weighing scale and P2,056.

Since Monday up to dawn Tuesday, the same police teams also arrested four suspected drug pushers including a woman and seized some P.6 million worth of illegal drugs in four consecutive anti- drug operations in this city on Monday.

Albacea identified them as Juaquinito Ayangco, 27, John Mark Nepales, 25, both residents of Brgy. Ibabang Dupay, Mary Joe Zorca, 38, of Brgy. 8 and Ronualdo Villanueva, 47, of Brgy. Ilayang Iyam, all in this city.

All the suspects are now behind bars and have been charged with violation of Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002.
