P34K shabu seized from barber in Calamba
A 44-YEAR-OLD barber was arrested by a Drug Enforcement Team (DET) and five grams of suspected shabu were seized from him during a buy bust Saturday in Calamba City, Laguna.
Newly installed Laguna Police Provincial Director PCol. Rogart Campo, in a report to CALABARZON Regional Director PBGen. Eliseo DC Cruz, identifiedthe arrested suspect identified as Dennis Monses,of Bgy. Parian, Calamba City.
The DET of Calamba Police led by PMajor Ajaluno Balaoro, under the supervision of PLTCol. Arnel Pagulayan , Chief of Police, and members of PDEA Laguna, conducted the buy bust.
The suspect was nabbed after selling illegal drugs worth P500 to a police officer who acted as a poseur buyer.
Seized during the operation were four plastic sachets containing suspected five grams kf shabu with an estimated value of P34,000, coin purse, and the P500 buy bust money.
