Nagpalabas ng Warrant of Seizure and Detention si District Collector Erastus Sandino B. Austria laban sa shipment dahil sa paglabag sa Section 118 (g), 119 (d), and 1113 paragraph f, I, at l (3 and 4) ng R.A. No. 10863 o Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA) in relation to the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act (R.A. No. 9165).

“We have heightened the security measures of the country’s borders, and in continuous coordination with PDEA and partner agencies to halt the entry of illegal drugs in the country as directed by His Excellency, President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos, Jr.,” ani Commissioner Rubio.
