P15B dagdag investment ng Taiwan firm OK na sa Clark

CLARK FREEPORT–Ipinahayag BB International Leisure and Resort Development Corporation (BBILRDC), isang Taiwanese conglomerate, na magi-invest ito ng karagdagang P15 billion sa bagong eco-friendly integrated township sa Clark.

Ayon kay Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera, President at CEO ng Clark Development Corporation (CDC), at Edgar Lim, Director for Corporate Flagship Projects sa BBILRDC, napirmanahan na nila ang lease agreement sa Clark Visitors Center noong Hulyo 3.

“When we signed our lease agreement, both of us made a very good decision. For us, in taking you, BBI, and for you, in choosing Clark. Thank you, BBI,” ani Devanadera, na Justice secretary at Solicitor General sa panahon ni dating presidente Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.

Sa kanyang parte, kinilalala ni BBILRDC Director Lim ang suporta ng CDC para sa eco-township project.

Ayon kay BBILRDC President Wun Xu Wu, ang additional na P15 billion investment gugugulin sa 101-hectare Midori Highlands na may combine green spaces at urban living, kasama na na rin ang high-rise condominiums at logistics center.

Sinabi ni Wu na sustainable features ng Midori ang rainwater collector, solar farm at energy-efficient transportation.

Ayon pa sa BBILRDC president, ang Phase 1 ng project ide- develop sa 24 hectares ng prime land na binubuo ng “eight blocks designed to create an urban enclave surrounded by green spaces. “

Karagdagan nito, ang Phase 2 na may feature na 50 luxury mountain villas with eco-friendly designs kasama na ang living at dining areas ganun din ang private patios.

Locator na dito ang BBILRDC sa Clark mula pa noong September 29, 2006 at ito rin ang may ari at operator ng Midori Clark Hotel and Casino at Aqua Planet water theme park.
