A 47-year-old delivery boy was nabbed after yielding P122,400 worth of illegal drugs to operatives of the Sta Rosa police during a buy bust in Barangay Balibago, Sta Rosa City, Laguna.

Acting Provincial Director of Laguna Police Provincial Office PCol. Rogarth Campo, in a report to CALABARZON Regional Director PBGen. Eliseo Cruz , identified the arrested suspect as Felix Marfil Caratihan, alias Felix, of Purok 4, Bgy. Dita, Sta Rosa City.

The suspect was nabbed after selling suspect shabu worth P10,000 to a police officer who acted as a poseur buyer. Seized from him were a maroon coin purse with seven of heat-sealed transparent plastic bags containing suspected shabu, P1,000 genuine marked money, nine P 1,000 bills boodle money, one P1000 bill and a P500 bill.

The seized illegal drugs weigh approximately 18 grams with estimated value amounting to P122,400.00.

A criminal complaint for violation of Section 5 and 11 of RA 9165 will be filed against the suspect who is now being prepared for inquest at the City Prosecutor’s Office in Sta. Rosa City.
