P102K shabu seized from 2 drug suspects in QC

OPERATIVES of the Holy Spirit Police Station (PS 14) arrested two drug suspects and confiscated a total of P102,000 worth of shabu in a buy-bust operation in Quezon City.

PLTCOL Jeffrey Bilaro, the Station Commander of PS 14, identified the suspects as Francisco Veneracion, 36, resident of Brgy. Holy Spirit, Quezon City and Radzaj Omar, 50, resident of Camarin, Caloocan City.

Report shows a buy-bust operation was set against the suspects at about 6:15 p.m. of September 19, 2021 along Nawasa Road, Brgy. Holy Spirit, Quezon City after a confidential informant reported to PS 14 regarding their alleged illegal drug peddling activities.

A poseur buyer bought P1,200 worth of shabu from the suspects that led to their arrest.

Aside from the buy-bust money, 15 grams of shabu valued at P102,000 and a black coin purse were seized.

The suspects will be charged with violation of R.A. 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 while the confiscated evidence will be submitted to the QCPD Crime Laboratory Office for chemical analysis and documentation.
