P.36M shabu seized Pampanga
City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Pampanga police commander Col. Arnold Thomas Ibay said a “high value target” on Sunday yielded P365,000 worth of shabu in a buy bust in Angeles City.
Ibay identified the HIV suspect as Aries Austria, 40 and his cohort Michael Carao, 30, of Bgy., Sta. Trinidad, Angeles City.
Confiscated from the two suspects by joint elements of PDEU Pampanga, Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) and Mabalacat police in an entrapment MacArthur Highway, Bgy. Dau, Mabalacat City were 12 plastic sachets of shabu weighing at least 54 grams valued at P367,200; one P500 marked bill and the P9,500 boodle money.
The two suspects will be charged with violation of Section 5 and Section 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
