Online seller nabbed for estafa
BONGABON, Nueva Ecija – The manhunt operations launched by the local police in this town led to the arrest of a 28-year-old woman, who is facing estafa charges before a local court in Antipolo, Rizal.
Town police head Major Alrick A. Erana said the arrested suspect, an online seller, single, of Bgy. Palomaria, did not resist arrest when his men served the arrest warrant against her at his house at 8:10 p.m. Saturday.
Erana said the arrest warrant was issued by the Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities Branch 3 of Antipolo City, Rizal dated January 20, 2025, with a recommended bail for the accused’s temporary liberty set at P18,000.
The suspect is in the custody of the police for proper disposition.
