NOVELETA, Cavite – The local government in collaboration with the Seventh Day Adventist held a Women’s Health Medical Mission at the Noveleta MedCare Center in Barangay San Juan 1, Sunday, August 28, 2022.

Around 102 mothers benefited from the program supported by Mayor Dino Chua.

Theone-day only medical mission offered free ultrasound for pregnant women, transvaginal and rectal for non-pregnant women, free cervical cancer screening, free breast examination, free IUD removal and insertion, free gg econsultation and free medicines and vitamins.

“Malaking bagay po ito sa mga mommies natin dito sa Noveleta, malaking halaga po ang mga ito na hospitalization, sa pag-aalaga sa mga ina ng kanilang kalusugan, lalo na po sa mga nag-bubuntis,” Dr. Ma. Hilda Bucu said in an interview. “Maraming salamat po sa inyo Mayor Dino Chua sa pagmamahal at malasakit sa mamamayan at kababaihan ng Noveleta.”

The Municipal Health Unit also commended the Seventh Day Adventist Church for assisting in the said program.
