NOVELETA, Cavite – The Rural Health Office in this town is open for walk-in residents who want to get inoculated against the deadly coronavirus disease-19.

According to the RHU, walk-in residents are welcome from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Individuals need only to bring proof of residency or working in the area to be vaccinated at the 2nd floor of Primark Town Center in Bgy. Magdiwang.

“Ang bakuna po ay libre, ligtas at epektibo kaya po tayo ay magpabakuna na para sa ating proteksyon kontra COVID-19,” Mayor Dino Chua said.

The inoculation program are open to A1, A1.8, A1.9, A2, A3, A4 and A5 priority groups.

Residents who will be vaccinated are advised to follow the minimum health protocols and bring their own pens and wear face masks and face shields.

“If you had undergone swab testing or a COVID suspected individual, please inform the health officer immediately or end the quarantine given to you so that you will not infect people at the vaccination site like what happened in the nearby town,” the mayor said.

Noveleta Rural Health Office head Dr. Maria Hilda Bucu said the antigen and RT PCR swab tests are available for free at the Noveleta Medcare Hospital.
