New PRO4A director visits Laguna PPO

KAMPO HENERAL PACIANO RIZAL – PBGen. Antonio Yarra, the newly installed Regional Director of Police Regional Office (PRO4A) Calabarzon on Tuesday made his first command visit to Laguna Police Provincial Office (PPO) and was warmly welcomed by Laguna Provincial Director PCol. Rogarth Campo with arrival honors.

PBGen. Yarra together with the Deputy Regional Director for Operations (DRDO) PCol. Gerardo Umayao, Chief-RPRMD PCol. Raquel Lingayo, and PCol. Campo awarded medals to deserving personnel of Laguna PPO during the program as part of his command visit.

A “Medalya ng Papuri” (PNP Commendation Medal) was given to to PLt. Col. Paulito Sabulao, Chief of Police, and PSSg. Rodel R Blanca of Sta. Rosa City Police Station, PMaj. Jameson Aguilar – Chief of Police, and PCpl. Erwin P Bayangan of Bay Municipal Police Station, PMaj. Silver Cabanillas – Chief of Police, and PSMs. Abe L Lopez of Siniloan, PLt. Amado Basilio Jr. – Chief of Police, and PCpl. Rex M Baldon of Liliw Police.

PBGen. Yarra also presided over a command conference after the program. Campo presented the accomplishments of Laguna PPO, as a result of systematic Enhance Management Police Operation conducted by all stations and other units.

In his message during the command conference, Yarra commends Laguna PPO for the cleanliness of the offices and the camp. He also appreciated the efforts of the police provincial province for the renovation of some buildings inside the camp.

The newly installed regional director of PRO4A Calabarzon reiterated the PNP chief’s 3D’s mantra that includes distinct, discipline, and decorum. He also emphasized his 4As – including aptitude, attitude, actions, and accountability.
