NATIONAL Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Director P/MGen. Felipe Natividad lauded the Southern Police District (SPD) and Paranaque City Police for the successful rescue of 25 individuals, including four minors, in an alleged sex den in Paranaque City.

In his report to MGen. Natividad, SPD Director P/BGen. Jimili Macaraeg said the rescue operation of four minors, ages 16 to 17, conducted on Maundy Thursday also resulted in the arrest of three Chinese nationals identified as Zhang Chao De, 22, Li Lin Chuan, 38 and Li Reng Rin, 32 along with Lily Morer, 29, Abegail Macahidhid, 22 and Ma. Liza Miguel, 22 who were their Pinay cohorts.

Macaraeg said the operation stemmed from a complaint made by one of the victims who was allegedly lured to conduct a sexual act and to livestream the abuse for their other clients overseas to watch at No. 412, 7th Floor, Units 708, 709 and 710, Bayport West, Tower 5, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City.

At around 10 a.m., operatives of the Paranaque Police Women and Children Protection Desk (WCP), along with Barangay Tambo WCCD personnel and watchmen, swooped down the room pinpointed by one of the victims and caught Li Reng Rin while performing a sexual act with one of the victims on livestream using a cellular phone.

Aside from four minors, authorities also rescued 21 other female victims, with ages ranging from 18 to 30 years old, who were later turned over to the local Social Welfare Development Office.

Police recovered from the area 10 sex toys, 11 sex vibrators, 100 sex enhancer capsules, nine cellular phones and other gadget accessories.

“We cannot allow prostitution to victimize our fellow Filipinos especially our young children. Let us work together and put an end to this.
