MWP traced at Crame custodial facility

OPERATIVES of the Holy Spirit Police Station (PS 14) traced its No. 1 stsrion level most wanted person at the custodial facility of Camp Crame, Quezon City.

PLTCol. Jeffrey Bilaro, the Station Commander of PS 14 identified the accused as Mark Louie Olivia, 23, helper and resident of 62 Adelfa St., Metro Heights, Brgy. Culiat Quezon City.

Olivia was also the District’s 11th most wanted person.

At about 10:40 a.m.of June 7, 2021, PS 14 personnel coordinated with the Regional Field Unit of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group and presented a copy of Olivia’s warrant of arrest for acts of lasciviousness (Art. 336 of RPC in relation to Sec 5(b), RA 7610, 2 counts) docketed under Criminal Case No. R-QZN-19-13358-59 dated March 11, 2020.

The warrant waa issued by Judge Roberto Buenaventura, of Branch 86 of yhr Regional Trial Court (RTC), Quezon City with recommended bail of P360,000.

A report showed the accused was previously arrested by RFU, CIDG at Loma De Gato, 36 C, Concepcion Compound, Marilao, Bulacan for rape and for violation of R.A. 7610.
