MWP for ‘rape’ falls in Dasmariñas
IMUS CITY, Cavite – The police netted a 38-year-old “most wanted person” (MWP) at the regional level during a warrant operation conducted by them on Thursday in Barangay Sto. Niño 2 Dasmarinas City, Cavite.
The police said the suspect for rape charges was a resident of Dasmariñas City, Cavite.
According to reports gathered from the office of Cavite Provincial Director Police Col. Christopher Olazo, a warrant operation was conducted by the police operatives of the Cavite Provincial Mobile Force Company (CPMFC) and Dasmariñas City Police Station (January 19).
Carrying the Warrants of arrest issued by Assisting Judge Josielyn D. Lara-De Luna, RTC (Regional Trial Court) Branch 90 (129) Fourth Judicial Region Dasmariñas City Cavite for the case of “rape” under Art. 266-A par 2. of RPC (11 counts) and another warrant for the same case, under Art. 266-A par.1(d) with RA (Republic Act) 7610 (ten counts), and no bail is recommended.
