MWP farmer collared in San Pablo City
A 40-YEAR-OLD farmer ranked no. 8 most wanted person (MWP) in San Pablo City for rape was arrested by warrant operatives in a manhunt operation in Macalelon, Quezon, on Tuesday, July 19, 2022. San Pablo City Police Chief P/Lt. Col. Joewie Lucas said the suspect was accused of raping her own teenage daughter five times.
