Murder suspect collared in Batangas
A 60-YEAR-OLD man wanted for murder and frustrated murder was nabbed by authorities in his hiding place Monday in Bgy. Balagtasin, San Juan, Batangas.
San Juan Municipal Police Station commander Major Arlan Velarde Perez, officer-in-charge, identified the arrested suspect as Marciano De La Roca alias Siano, alias Marcial, married, jobless, presently residing in Bgy. Balagtasin, San Jose, Batangas.
De la Roca, listed as the province’s No. 1 most wanted person was arrested around 10:20 a.m. on August 1 in Bgy. Subukin, by police led by P/Lt. Rodel De Castro Paloma on the strength of warrants of arrest for murder with no bail recommended, for frustrated murder with P200,000 bail recommended and for attempted murder with with P120,000 bail recommended.
The warrant of arrest was issued by RYC Branch 87 Judge Noel M. Lindog, in Rosario, Batangas.
