Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — A man with a string of warrants of arrest and another wanted felon were arrested on Wednesday in separate manhunt operations in Nueva Ecija and Bulacan.

Nueva Ecija acting police director Col. Jaime Santos said his men arrested Jerome Beltran, 26, listed as one of the most wanted persons of San Jose in Nueva Ecija and resident of Zone 3, Bgy. Malasin, San Jose City, based on a warrant issued against him by San Jose RTC Branch 39 Judge Cynthia Martinez Florendo for violation of RA 9208 or the Expanded Anti-Trafficking in Person Act of 2012.

In the other manhunt operation, nabbed was Angelo Fontanilla, 33, of Bgy. Abar 1st, this city.

Police collared Fontanilla after operatives swooped down om his hideout at 10:25 p.m. armed with an arrest warrant for qualified theft through falsification of commercial documents issued by San Jose City RTC Branch 38 Judge Leo Cecilio Domingo Bautista on June 22, 2021.

De Guzman said the arrested suspects are now behind bars at the custodial facility in San Jose City.

Meanwhile, Bulacan police director Col. Lawrence Cajipe said Jerome Quiling, 41, of Blk 11 Lot 14 Phase M, Bgy. Guijo Francisco Homes, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, was arrested in a manhunt operation in Bgy. Poblacion I, CSJDM, Bulacan, by elements of the SJDM police and 24th Special Action Company (SAF).

Cajipe said Quiling has warrants of arrest for four counts of qualified rape and two counts of violation of Sec. 5 (b) of R.A 7610, all issued against him by CSJDM RTC Branch 5FC judge Ma. Cristina Juanson,

Valeriano de Leon lauded the operating troops for a job well done, adding the arrested wanted persons will now face prosecution for their crimes. “Our continuous manhunt operation is anchored on the Intensified Cleanliness Policy (ICP) of the PNP chief Gen.
