
Most wanted for murder nabbed
SAN JUAN, Batangas — Batangas joint operatives nabbed a 43-year-old most wanted for murder during the service of a warrant of arrest in his residence in Bgy. Palingowak, here Saturday morning at 10 a.m.
A report to Batangas police director P/Col. Pedro D. Soliba by San Juan Municipal Police Station (MPS) commander P/Lt. Col. Jesus F. Lintag said the suspect was jobless, with a live-in partner and is one of the most wanted persons at the regional level.
San Juan MPS intelligence operatives, the lead unit, together with Regional Intelligence Division (RID) 4A, Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU-4A) Batangas, NISG SL PO1 Andro V. Sandoval, PN, said the suspect has a reward amounting to P145,000 under COPLAN Emerald 2021-01.
An arrest warrant was issued against the suspect by Judge Rose Marie Manalang-Austria of the Fourth Judicial Region, Regional Trial Court (RTC), Branch 87, of Rosario, Batangas with no bail recommended.
