More than 2M of COVID vaccines set to arrive

ANOTHER shipment of 2,386,350 doses of US made Pfizer and Janssen vaccines are set to arrive Monday evening (December 13, 2021) at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) terminal 3 on board two separate flights.

The first shipment is scheduled to arrive at airport around 8:45 p.m. are Pfizer vaccine composed of 859,950 doses on board Air Hong Kong flight LD456 from COVAX facility.

While the US made Janssen vaccines composed of 1,526,400 doses is set to arrive at terminal 3 about 10:15 in the evening via Qatar Airways flight QR928 from COVAX.

The government aimed to vaccinate more than 7 million Filipinos in the second vaccination program to be implement this week.
