Mayor-elect Cocoy vows to uplift Mendezeños lives

MENDEZ NUÑEZ, Cavite – In his tenure as the new local chief executive, Mayor-elect Francisco “Cocoy” Mendoza Jr. said that he will study “hard” to improve the quality of life of his fellow Mendezeños once he is sworn into office.

Mayor “Cocoy”, who was fondly called by friends and local folks also planning to fix the new public market for them to attract buyers and market-goers and bring their goods here.

“Isa ito sa aking mga programa para palakasin ang trabaho at agrikultura sa bayan po ng Mendez, kapag lumakas po ang mga ito ay tataas na din po ang pamumuhay ng bawat Mendezeño.”

“We will restore the lost jobs for the people of Mendez with the help of Tagaytay City Mayor-elect Bambol Tolentino based on our recent meeting,” Mayor Mendoza added.

According to Mendoza, the first thing he will do in his first 100 days in office is the establishment of a “Pandemic Recovery Council” in collaboration with all agencies to help every Mendezeño get their jobs back and the revitalization of tourism.

Mendoza has also contacted outgoing Cavite 8th District Cong. Bambol Tolentino and incoming Congresswoman Aniela Tolentino to request a municipal hospital to be built for residents so they don’t have to travel too far to get medical care from other towns.
