A SEXAGENARIAN was accused of raping a massage therapist he had booked for home service.

The suspect who remains at large is now facing a case for violation of RA 8353 or Anti Rape Law of 1997.

A report from the Cubao Police Station showed the incident happened at about 3:50 p.m. on August 6, 2022 at the condominium unit of the suspect in Bgy. Socorro, Quezon City.

According to the complaint of the 28 year old victim, the suspect called the spa and requested for a two hour home service massage. The victim was then assigned to do the home service request of the suspect.

The victim arrived at the condominium unit of the suspect before 2 pm.

The massage started and the two hour session ended.

However, the suspect requested for a one-hour extension and the complainant agreed.

But before the extension of the service, the suspect allegedlt offered a drink to the victim before going to the comfort room.

The victim said she thought it was just a lemon flavored drink but she felt dizzy after consuming it.

The victim allegedly woke up lying in bed without her lower garments.

She then saw her panties, pants and socks on the floor. She also felt a pain in her private parts.

The victim immediately pick up her clothes and decided not to confront the suspect because of fear.

She told him that she will go home after getting the payment for the massage.

The victim went back to the spa and narrated the incident to her employer who accompanied her in filing the complaint.
