Mark celebrates 21 years with concert
ROMANTIC pop balladeer Mark Bautista gears up for his solo concert entitled ‘Mark My Dreams’ set to happen on August 31, 2024 at The Theatre in Solaire.
‘Mark My Dreams’ is a celebration of Mark’s 20-year journey as a singing star. From his breakthrough as one of the winners of the Star for a Night singing competition in 2004, he has gone on to figure in a lot of noteworthy accomplishments.
There have been many successful concerts here and abroad like The Champions Tour and The Sound of Love; recordings like I Need You, You Win the Game and Break It To Me Gently; motion pictures like Lastikman and Of All the Things; television shows like Dwarfina, Party Pilipinas and All Out Sundays; and the lead roles in stage musicals like The Full Monty, Noli Me Tangere,Eto Na! Musikal na Apo and the lead role in the London and Seattle productions of the David Byrne musical Here Lies Love. Mark has also ventured into directing for the stage with the concert Mr. Streisand.
‘Mark My Dreams’ will find Mark in new music territory with his special guests, the harana heartthrob Arthur Nery, the Suklay Diva Katrina Velarde, singer-composer Rob Deniel; and his favorite mentor and singing partner Regine Velasquez-Alcasid. Director is GB Sampedro with musical direction by Nico Rivero.
