Mariveles rape suspect arrested
CAMP TOLENTINO, Bataan — A 24-year-old man wanted for rape was arrested the other day by the police in Bgy. Maligaya, Mariveles, Bataan.
Lt. Col. Cesar Lumiwes, chief of police, identified the suspect as Prince Jayson Gemeniano, resident of Bgy. Alas-asin, Mariveles, Bataan.
“Joint Manhunt operation conducted by personnel of Mariveles MPS, Bataan MARPSTA (Maritime Police Station), 2nd PMFC Bataan, CIDG Bataan, that resulted to the arrest of the subject by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Ma. Cristina Pizarro, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 95 Mariveles, Bataan for RAPE docketed under Crim Case No. ML-8009,” reported Lumiwes.
He said no bail bond was set for the suspect.
He said the suspect is temporarily placed under the custody of Mariveles MPS prior to turn over to the court of origin for proper disposition.
