Based on EPD report, the four minors were dragged in a white van with unknown plate numbers on Bgy. Sto Nino which was reported to Marikina Rescue 911 then followed by media post by a concerned citizen.
Marikina City Police headed by Col Tayag, ordered a thorough investigation in coordination with the local government official regarding the alleged incident.
