IN a heartwarming display of generosity, boxing legend Manny Pacquiao, after his recent fight in Japan, has turned his attention to the flood victims of Typhoon Carina and the Habagat monsoon by giving them the necessary help.
Pacquiao’s humanitarian efforts have made a significant impact, benefiting a total of 3,000 individuals across several communities.
In Marikina, particularly in Barangay Nangka and Barangay Concepcion Uno, 2,000 people received crucial cash aid and food relief packs amounting to P3 million pesos while 1,000 beneficiaries in Barangay Maybunga, Pasig, have also been supported.
The former champion’s assistance includes food supplies, clothing, and other essential resources, helping families recover from the devastating effects of the typhoon and monsoon rains.
