Manila LGU starts reciting Bagong Pilipinas hymn
THE city government of Manila yesterday started reciting the Bagong Pilipinas hymn and pledge stated under the memorandum circular issued by the office of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. in the conduct of regular flag raising ceremonies.
Earlier, Mary Grace Chua, chief of the City Budget Office, which sponsored the flag-raising ceremony called on all the departments, bureaus, and offices of the City Government to start preparing their budget proposals for next year.
Chua said the early preparations of the budget proposal of all the departments and offices are needed to avoid errors before the deadline.
“We have one month for today para po maisumite ang inyong budget proposal at sana po sa inyong paggawa ng ating budget proposal, parati nating isaisip at isapuso na sa paggawa ng budget, tandaan po natin ito- ang bawa’t kuwento ay may kwenta, at ang bawa’t kwenta ay may kwento,” Chua said.
