Manila LGU offers discounts for early RPT payment
THE Manila city government issued scheduled discounts for Real Property Tax for the tax year 2024.
The Public Information Office (PIO) said the advance payment until December 10, will grant the taxpayer a 20 percent discount, while payments from December 11-29 will qualify the payor with a 15 percent discount.
Prompt payment from January 1-31, 2024 will grant taxpayers with 10 percent discount.
The city government advised everyone to take advantage of these discounts on this tax obligation.
However, the Manila PIO, headed by Atty. Princess Abante, reminded the public that only accounts without delinquencies will qualify for the discounts.
For updated accounts, payment may only be made online through Go Manila app or www.gomanila.com, while those with delinquent accounts may pay via over-the-counter transactions at E-BOSS center at Manila City Hall.
