Man shot dead in front of his house
A MAN was died after shot at close range by another man while standing in front of his home in Rosario, Batangas, Monday night.
Rosario Municipal Police Station chief Lt. Col Constancio B. Malaluan, Jr. identified the slain victim as as Rubinson Paghubasan Ecalla.
Malaluan said the suspect, who managed to escape, was identified as Mario San Agustine Eluseda.
Investigators said the fatal shooting occurred in Bgy. Namunga around 9:10 p.m., April 26.
According to the investigator, the victim sustained two bullet wounds to the head from a caliber 9mm pistol.
The bloodied victim was declared dead on arrival at the MVM hospital.
Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) recovered two pieces of fired 9mm cartridge casings.
