LTO NCR West joins Viber to extend services
THE Land Transportation Office-National Capital Region West (LTO-NCR-West) has also joined the “Viber” community to serve its clients even better.
LTO-NCR-West Director Roque I. Verzosa said aside from giving updates on their office’s various plans and programs through the calling and messaging app, they will also provide the public with information on road safety tips, frequently asked questions (FAQs) on the registration of vehicles, and the processing of driver’s license applications.
Verzosa said through their Viber channel, members may also read news and updates on stories regarding LTO-NCR-West and the daily traffic situation on Metro Manila roads, among others.
“Aside from our Facebook page, we are likewise now on Viber to provide the public with information they need related to LTO-NCR-West,” Verzosa said in a statement.
“Through Viber, mas mapapabilis namin ang information dissemination na kapaki-pakinabang sa ating mga motorista,” he stressed.

Verzosa said a total of 203 Viber users had joined their channel since its creation on Tuesday, January 10.
“We encourage the public to join our Viber Channel para palagian kayong updated sa mga nangyayari sa ahensiya at kung paano namin kayo mapaglingkuran ng mabilis at episyente,” he said.
