LTO addressing complaints on slowdown of operations
THE Land Transportation Office (LTO) maintains it’s mandate to deliver good services to the public.
This was emphasized by Director Franchise Almora, Chairperson Steering Committee and Chairperson BAC during the press conference at the LTO Central Office.
Almora assured the agency is doing its best to address all the reported complaints they have been receiving nationwide regarding the slowdown operations of the agency since last week.
Almora together with Atty. Zoj Daphne A. Usita-Angustia , Vice-Chairperson Steering Committee and Cladio Bonsol, Chief LTO-Management Information Division said the LTO ks in close coordination with other agencies particularly with Department of Information and Communications Technology (DITC) in investigating the matter.
Almora together with Angustia ruled out the sabotage in the system of operations of the agency.
