Loyzaga joins Sports on Air

WHAT’S the latest on the Philippines’ preparations for the 2023 Southeast Asian Games in Phnom Penh, Cambodia?

Philippines chef de mission Chito Loyzaga will provide the answers during the 48th “Sports on Air” via Zoom.

Loyzaga, who is also the president of the Philippine Amateur Baseball Association, was appointed by Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) president Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino as chef de mission for the Philippine delegation to the SEA Games in Cambodia on May 5-16, 2023.

The 64-year-old Loyzaga is the second PBA legend to be appointed as chef de mission after former Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) commissioner Ramon Fernandez, who held the position in the 31st SEA Games in Vietnam.

This will be the 48th episode of “Sports On Air”, the hottest and most comprehensive sports talk show on air.
