Lone bettor bags P15M in Super Lotto 6/49
A LONE bettor won over P15 million in the Super Lotto 6/49 during Tuesday night’s draw, according to Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
In an advisory, PCSO said the bettor guessed the lucky six-digit winning combination numbers 28-45-09-12-21-19, with a total jackpot prize of P15.84 million.
The ticket was purchased in Balagtas, Bulacan.
As provided in the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) law, lotto winnings of more than P10,000 shall be subject to a 20-percent tax.
Meanwhile, the PCSO said that 29 other bettors guessed five out of the six two-digit winning combinations and won P50,000 each.
Around 1,324 bettors got P1,200 each for guessing four of the winning combinations, while 21,080 bettors won P50 each for guessing three right combinations.
PCSO said the winner can claim the cheque at PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City by presenting the winning ticket and two identification cards.
The 6/49 Super Lotto is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
The PCSO urged the public to patronize its games to generate more funds for health programs, medical assistance and services, and charities.
