Nagbunyi ang Pilipinas sa pagkakapanalo ng veteran actor na si John Arcilla ng Volpi Cup as Best Actor sa ika-78th Venice International Film Festival, making him the first Filipino and Southeast Asian Actor to receive the prestigious award. He won Best Actor for the movie “On The Job: The Missing 8” na dinirek ni Erik Matti and produced by Reality Entertainment.
The shortlist entries was revealed last December 22, 2022.
Ian may di makakalimutan araw
Ito bale ang first acting award niya in his four decades in showbiz na kanyang sinimulan bilang child actor sa TV series na “Joey and Son” with veteran actor-comedian, painter, host, singer and songwriter na si Joey de Leon.
Nagpasalamat si Ian that he was considered for his role sa pelikula.
The former “That’s Entertainment” member looks forward to a busier 2023.
Young singer-actor Inigo Pascual, the only child of Kapamilya heartthrob Piolo Pascual debuted on American television via Fox drama series “Monarch” kung saan niya nakabituin sina Susan Sarandon, Anna Fiel, Trace Adkins, Johua Sasse, Beth Ditto at iba pa.
Fil-Am singer-actress Liza Soberano co-stars in her first two Hollywood projects, ang horror-comedy na “Lisa Frankeinstein” with Cole Sprouse and Kathryn Newtown at ang “The Haunting of Hill House” with Joe Chrest, Hendy Eigenberry among others.
