Lady financial adviser nabbed for P176K shabu
A LADY financial adviser and her companion were arrested for conspiring to sell illegal drugs in a buy-bust operation, Friday evening in Makati City.
Southern Police District (SPD) Director P/BGen. Jimili Macaraeg identified the arrested suspects as Anna Capuyon alias “Bebe”, 39, financial adviser, of Makati City and her cohort, Monaida Kulaw, 21, of Taguig City.
Report reaching the office of BGen. Macaraeg showed that at around 8:00 p.m., elements of the Makati Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) conducted a drug sting operation at Concepcion St. Bgy. Valenzuela resulting in the arrest of Capuyon and Kulaw.
Operatives recovered from the suspects more or less 26 grams of shabu valued at P176,800.00 and the P500 marked money used in the buy-bust.
The arrested suspects are presently detained at the Custodial Facility of Makati City Police Station pending the filing of cases for violation of selling and possession of illegal drugs before the Makati City Prosecutor’s Office.
“I want to congratulate the Makati City Police for a job well done, ito ay patunay na talagang pinagbubuti ng ating kapulisan ang pagkuha ng impormasyon tungkol sa mga patuloy na nagbebenta at gumagamit ng iligal na droga sa ating nasasakupan, sa ating mga kababayan umaasa ako na patuloy ang inyong pakikiisa upang labanan ang salot na iligal na droga dito sa ating nasasakupan,” Macaraeg said.
