Lady cop loses gun to ‘Bukas Kotse’ gang
A LADY cop personally appeared at San Pascual Municipal Police Station (MPS) and reported that her car parked in front of a body massage was smashed and carted away her service pistol and valuables in San Pascual, Batangas last Sunday.
San Pascual MPS top cop Maj. Jojo C. Salanguit identified the victim as P/Cpl. Rizcilla Marquez Dela Cruz.
Marquez said she parked her driven Toyota Innova around 6:00 p.m. in front of Mariz Body Massage and Spa Therapy located in Bgy. Poblacion, San Pascual.
When she returned to her vehicle at 9:40 p.m., she said that the left passenger window was broken.
After that, she discovered that her personal belongings on the passenger seat were missing and possibly stolen by unidentified culprits.
The stolen items include one black bag pack containing assorted identification cards (IDs), Metrobank and BPI credit cards, BDO and Landbank ATM cards, cash amounting to more or less P100,000, and the issued Glock Pistol Gen4 Cal .9MM inserted with one magazine containing 15 live ammunition.
