Laborer nabbed for rape in Laguna
A 28-YEAR-OLD construction worker was arrested for rape in San Pedro City, Laguna.
In a report to Calabarzon Regional Director PBGen. Eliseo DC Cruz, provincial director PCol. Serafin Petalio II identified the arrested suspect as Jerome Tulingan Botin,28 , of Blk 18 Lot 1, Bgy. Estrella, San Pedro City.
Botin was tagged as the 4th most wanted man in the region. He was nabbed at around 6 p.m.by warrant operatives of the San Pedro policd and members of the Laguna Provincial Intelligence Team RIU 4A in Bgy. Estrella ,this city.
The suspect was collared on the strength of a warrant of arrest for rape issued by Judge Nenette Mendoza Austria of the Regional Trial Court Branch 170 San Pedro, Laguna with no bail recommended and for violation of RA 7610 (2 counts) with a recommended bail of P180,000.
