Kiram to talk about women in sports
IT’S all about women in sports as Sports On Air Weekly joins the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) and Commissioner Celia Kiram for another interesting discussion on Friday, March 11.
Kiram, also the chairperson of the PSC oversight committee on women, will talk about the plans to hold more women-oriented sports activities as part of the Women’s Month celebrations.
The only female PSC commissioner will also discuss the highly-successful “Rise Up Shape Up” web series, which tackles the vital role of women in sports and society as well as the Gintong Gawad 2021 Awards, which honors outstanding female achievers.
The forum will start at 10:30 a.m.
This will be the 11th episode of “Sports on Air Weekly”, the hottest sports program managed by veteran sports journalists Ed Andaya of People’s Tonight, Ernest Leo Hernandez of SOA, Gerard Arce of Bulgar, Ivan Saldajeno of Philippine News Agency and Gab Ferreras of Sports PH.
