Janice, tinanghal na Best Actress sa International Film Festival Manhattan Autumn
TINANGHAL na Best Actress si Janice de Belen sa katatapos na International Film Festival Manhattan Autumn 2021 para sa short film na Sugat Sa Dugo (Wounded Blood) na isinulat at prinodyus ng sikat na hairdresser ng mga artistsa na si Bambbi Fuentes.
Ipinalabas ang Sugat Sa Dugo (Wounded Blood) sa Producers Cinema sa New York City noong Oct. 14-17.
Sa kanyang Instagram post kahapon, pinasalamatan ni Janice si Bambbi sa pagpili sa kanya para mapasama sa advocacy at passion project nito tungkol sa AIDS.
Na-inspire si Bambbi na gawin ang short film dahil sa pagkamatay ng matalik na kaibigan at kababata dahil sa nasabing sakit kamakailan lamang.
Ani Janice, “It is any actors dream to be garnered such an honor that goes beyond our borders.
“Thank you @bambbifuentes for picking me to be a part of this short film. May the intention of this film be successful in reminding people that apart from the corona virus, AIDS is still a very serious concern around the world,” caption ng aktres sa IG post.
Pinasalamatan din niya ang direktor ng Sugat Sa Dugo (Wounded Blood) na si Direk Danni Ugali “for allowing me to collaborate in our scenes. Gratefulness abounds.”
Sa ngayon, maraming naghihikayat kay Bambbi na gawing full-length movie ang Sugat… dahil sa makabuluhang tema nito.
Kasama ni Janice sa pelikula ang Dragon Talent Management artists na sina Khai Flores, Steven Dayrit, Christa Jocson, Shira Tweg, Mira Aquino, atbp.
