STARTING Nov. 1, fully vaccinated Filipino tourists can enter Israel.

The Israel Embassy in Manila said Filipinos and other foreign tourists will be accepted again in Israel if they have completed the vaccination for COVID-19 recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO).

Tourists wishing to travel to Israel are advised to check first the specific entry guidelines and requirements before booking their flight and tour packages.

According to the Bilateral Agreement between the State of Israel and the Republic of the Philippines, Filipinos do not need a tourist visa prior to departure for Israel.

Filipino visitors will be interviewed at the Port of Entry and after having sufficiently answered the questions of the immigration officer, a visa will be issued prior to entry, the Israel Embassy said.
