ISAAL gives posthumous award to Julita Ramos Hernandez
CALOOCAN City Administrator Oliver Hernandez receives the award as Natatanging Gawad Mabuting Filipino Award given by the Inter-School Academic and Athletic League (ISAAL) in behalf of his mother, Julita Ramos Hernandez.
The awarding ceremony was held at the Robinsons’ Novaliches events’ center on Saturday.
ISAAL’s posthumous recognition was given to Hernandez for her good works being an educator.
As a teacher, she manifested dedication and commitment, earning her the distinction of being the Most Outstanding Teacher.
From a Master Teacher she became a Principal. She displayed a dynamic brand of leadership and supervision and once again received the title, the Most Outstanding Principal.
She then founded together with her husband, Oscar Hernandez, the Young Achievers’ School of Caloocan, Inc. (YASC). She set the bar the school needed to reach in order to emerge as a leader of quality education in North Caloocan.
