Imus street sweepers get ‘Eco’ pushcarts
IMUS CITY, Cavite – The local government here, led by Mayor Alex “AA” Advincula, distributed 70 units of “Eco” pushcarts to the City of Imus Bantay Kalikasan Team composed of 70 street sweepers under the supervision of the City Environment and Natural Resources Office headed by Doris Sagenes, Monday, August 15, 2022.
Advincula said that the said trash carts will be used to maintain the cleanliness of the city’s major roads, including Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, Daang Hari, Open Canal, Imus Boulevard, and Tokwahan Jogging Lane.
The pushcarts have a drum, sacks, broomstick, dustpan, “buri” (straw) hat, and a complete set of uniforms for each street sweeper.
