Boy, 17, found hanging lifeless after writing love letters
A 17-YEAR-OLD boy allegedly suffering from depression was found hanged himself inside their home Wednesday in Malabon City.
Malabon police homicide investigator P/SSgt. Jeric Tindugan said the body of the student was discovered by his sister hanging from the shelf kitchen of their house in Brgy. Longos at around 9:40 a.m.
The teener was found hanging from a belt.
Investigators found two alleged suicide notes written by the victim addressed to his sister and to one Toyang Tabangay.
“Bay, pano kapag mawala na ako ngayon? Bay, I love you, ikaw na ang bahala kay Nanay at Tatay, Bay, I love you, legit pacenciya,” read one of the notes addressed to Toyang Tabangay.
In a separate note to his sister, the victim wrote: “Te, I love you, mahal ko kayo, pacensiya,”
Malabon police chief P/Col. Albert Barot said further investigation will proceed pending the result of the autopsy examination on the victim’s body by the Northern Police District (NPD) Crime Laboratory.
