HVT druggie, cohort nabbed in Pampanga
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Police on Monday scored anew on the confiscation of seven plastic sachets of shabu valued at P411,500 and the arrest of Rocky Ocampo, a high-value target (HVT), 26, of Lower Kalaklan, Olongapo City and his cohort Mary Rose Vitan, 35, of New Kalalake, Olongapo City.
