The Caloocan City Public Information Office (PIO) said the names and addresses of the remaining 164 unverified persons who refused to answer their calls shall be endorsed to the Caloocan Police Station – Contact Tracers to conduct house visits and for ground contact tracing process.

In an interview over the radio, Atty. Labastilla said one of the four COVID-19 positive guests has symptoms while the other three, including a minor, a breastfeeding mother and an adult, were asymptomatic.

Gubat sa Ciudad in Brgy. 171 Bagumbong was ordered closed by Mayor Oscar “Oca” Malapitan for accepting guests despite the implementation of strict quarantine protocols which prohibit resort operations.

A video that went viral on May 9 showed hundreds of people swimming in the resort pool while others gathered in cottages amid the imposition of the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ).
