
GASOLINE PRICES DOWN, DIESEL UP
OIL firms will implement mixed price adjustments on fuel products effective today.
Chevron Philippines announced a price cut on gasoline products by P2.00 per liter, kerosene by P0.50 per liter while an increase of prices on diesel by P0.40 per liter staring at 12:01 a.m.
Petron Corporation and Pilipinas Shell, along with small players Seaoil Philippines and Flying V, will also implement the same mixed fuel price adjustments at 6 a.m.
Thai-led PTT Philippines, Total Philippines, Phoenix Petroleum, Petro Gazz, Unioil Philippines and Eastern Petroleum, which do not carry kerosene, also announced the same price adjustments at 12:01 a.m.
The mixed price adjustments on local fuel products, according to PTT Philippines Communication Officer Jay Juilan, reflect the movements in the international market.
