Gas, diesel prices rise for 7th straight week
PRICES of gasoline, diesel and kerosene will rise for the 6th and 7th consecutive week, respectively on Aug 22.
Major oil player Chevron Philippines announced an increase on gasoline products by P1.10 per liter, diesel by P0.20 centavos per liter and kerosene by P0.70 centavos per liter effective at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday.
Petron Corporation, Pilipinas Shell, Seaoil Philippines and Flying V will increase pump prices by the same level at 6 a.m. Tuesday.
PTT Philippines, Phoenix Petroleum, Total Philippines, Petro Gazz, Unioil Philippines and Eastern Petroleum said they would increase pump prices by P1.10 per liter on gasoline and P0.20 centavos on diesel at 6 a.m. Tuesday.
