HABANG abangers ang lahat sa opisyal na pahayag nina Ana Jalandoni at Kit Thompson kaugnay ng “bugbugan” isyu nitong Biyernes, muli namang naglabas ng statement ang Cornerstone management team ng showbiz hunk.

Sa bagong pahayag, sinabi ng management company na, “The Cornerstone Management does not condone any act of violence and profoundly value the dignity of women.

“We take this opportunity to clarify that our earlier statement was issued with no knowledge of any specific details as we were in receipt only of general allegations. Neither were we privy to any photos of the incident.

“In this delicate situation, we subscribe to the sound discretion of law enforcement and allow the wheels of justice to take its course.”

Maging ang Gabriela, pumasok na sa eksena at nagpaabot ng concern sa kaso ni Ana.

Sa isang pahayag, sinabi ng grupo na, “We support the conduct of a full investigation on the incident, as we reiterate our stand against violence against women. Nothing justifies the acts of violence inflicted on women by their partners. This latest incident highlights the need to amplify the #LabananAngAbuso campaign to end violence against women.”

Matatandaan na isinugod sa ospital ang black and blue na si Ana matapos humingi ng saklolo sa mga kaibigan dahil umano sa pambubugbog at pagde-detain sa kanya ni Kit habang naka-check-in sa isang hotel sa Tagaytay.

Si Kit naman, dinala at ikinulong sa police station habang iniimbestigahan ng mga otoridad.

Biyernes ng gabi nag-post si Ana ng isang cryptic message sa socmed kasama ang litrato ng kanyang bugbog at may pasang mukha.

Aniya, “When you love someone you will never ever harm them.

“Minahal mo ba talaga?

“This is me saying, you all should be careful out there. I can’t reply to all of you right now but thank you for checking up on me.

“I will release a statement soon.”
